Buffalo, also known as Bison, is nutrient-dense, flavor rich, incredibly lean, high in anti-oxidant Omega 3 fatty acids and vitamin E – and it tastes deliciously rich and flavorful.

handled as little as possible and spend their lives on natural grasses, much as they always have. They are not subject to hormones, chemicals or anti-biotics.

Bison is lower in calories, fat and cholesterol than other meats, including chicken and fish, and provides 40% more protein than beef. It fits the dietary guidelines of the American Heart Association and is often recommended by physicians to patients who must limit their fat intake.

Best of all is the taste and flavor of bison meat. Despite being so very low in fat, the meat is naturally flavorful and tender with a sweeter and richer flavor than beef.
